The agricultural industry has the highest rate of accidents, injuries and fatalities across all sectors of the Australian economy.
The Next Generation Farm Safety Project aims to build knowledge and awareness around leading causes of farm injuries and fatalities.
The project aims to increase the uptake of safe farm practices particularly for under 15 year olds who account for 15 per cent of farm-accident fatalities.
